PADI ReActivate (Ocean Dive)
PADI ReActivate (Ocean Dive) in Nilaveli’s clear water: the e-learning theory review, then one guided boat dive with a PADI professional to get your skills current. Includes a new PADI card with your ReActivate date.
Haven’t dived for a while? PADI ReActivate brings your skills and knowledge up to date. You review the theory in the PADI e-learning, then refresh the core skills in one dive with a PADI professional. Choose the Pool option, one confined-water dive with no boat, or the Ocean Dive option, one guided open-water dive from the afternoon boat. It is not a new certification and not a first try-dive: it is for divers who already hold a card. When you finish, you receive a new PADI card that shows your ReActivate date.

Medical, flight & insurance
Most people answer “no” to every question on the diver medical questionnaire and are cleared to dive. A “yes” to any question means a physician must sign the medical form confirming you’re fit to dive — bring the signed form with you on Day 1.
Planning to fly after diving? PADI and DAN recommend waiting at least 12 hours after a single dive, 18 hours after multiple dives, and ideally 24 hours for complete peace of mind.
We recommend DAN Europe (Divers Alert Network) dive insurance — recommended, not required, and no sign-up is needed to book. Dive safe, dive insured — get covered with DAN →
